You're chatting with an AI guide, not a person. It's for adults 18 and over. Protagonist makes it and works with a university. It doesn't speak for any school.
AI services process this chat to answer you. Please don't share passwords or Social Security, bank or card numbers.
What we keep: your messages and the guide's replies, your plan, the ad or campaign tags from the link that brought you here, a cookie that recognizes this browser, and which steps you reached (never what you wrote). If you save your details, we keep them and proof that you agreed.
We also count visits to the first page each day, by which ad brought you, without anything that identifies you.
How long: we delete messages and replies after 30 days. Everything else, including saved details, is deleted after 90 days without use. If a deletion run fails, it can take a little longer. Encrypted backups are normally deleted within 7 days but can last longer. We keep a scrambled record of deletions so a restored backup stays deleted.
Who gets it: we don't sell your information or share it for advertising. If you save your details for National University, Protagonist holds them and may share them with National University.
Requests: to withdraw or delete what we hold about you, email support@protagonistguide.com with the email or phone number you gave.
